Job Overview:

The position requires a sales professional with strategic business development expertise to lead initiatives in the QLD coal region.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, providing leadership to the technical sales team, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Proven experience in underground mining, particularly in coal mining, is highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ground support materials, practices, and application engineering is essential.
  • Strong business development and customer account management skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, are necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead strategic business development initiatives to identify and secure new business opportunities within the QLD coal region.
  2. Build, maintain, and enhance customer relationships through proactive account management and engagement with key decision-makers.
  3. Provide leadership and guidance to the technical sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and successful achievement of sales and profitability targets.
