We are expanding our team in Mackay and seek another Regional Auction Manager

After five very successful years in the role our current manager is stepped down and is moving to Brisbane. This provided an excellent opportunity for a motivated, positive person to join us and create a great career in the auction industry. We found one amazing person and are looking for another to work with us and help us grow even more in Mackay and beyond.

We're looking for aRegional Auction Manager, this is a unique, multi-faceted role that blendssales, service, and site management—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.

In this role you work by yourself, so self motivation is important to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Consigning: Source and secure quality stock for auction, liaise with sellers, and manage consignments.

Sales & Client Relationships: Drive sales through excellent customer service and relationship management.

Site Safety & OHS: Ensure the site operates safely and complies with all Occupational Health & Safety standards.

Yard Work: Oversee and participate in the physical setup, movement, and presentation of auction items. This may include some heavy lifting.

ADHOC Duties: Be ready to jump in wherever needed flexibility is the key to success

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in sales, operations, or site management (auction experience is not needed we provide full training.)

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to get hands-on

Knowledge of OHS practices and site safety

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
