About The Role

Daikin is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Sales team in Queensland. This exciting opportunity will focus on driving business growth within the Commercial channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a strong customer base of Daikin dealers, commercial contractors, and trade accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow new customer accounts and improve existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet project requirements and quotes.
  • Achieve budget targets through effective negotiation and ensure the best outcomes for both Daikin and customers.
  • Maintain a high level of project knowledge through regular customer follow-ups and site visits.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous sales experience in HVAC solutions or technical sales support.
  • A good understanding of sales cycles and the ability to apply sales strategies.
  • The ability to interpret and understand technical designs and translate them into product solutions.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external customers.
  • Motivation and resilience to work through complex projects and opportunities.
