Sales & Events Coordinator Job Description

This role is responsible for the sale, coordination and delivery of events and charters.

  • Handle client enquiries to generate leads for events and charters.
  • Communicate with the Operations team, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful events.
  • Source new business opportunities and participate in team meetings for effective collaboration.

A standard working day is expected to be between 10:00 am - 6:00 pm on any day of the week. Flexibility is required to allow for business necessities.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in sales, events/event management, or FOH dining operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with professional written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and previous experience using reservations systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
