Lead Cinema Operations Manager

The Lead Cinema Operations Manager oversees the smooth operation of a cinema complex, driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train employees at various levels to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor on-screen presentation, address technical issues, and maintain adherence to operating procedures.
- Ensure a safe working environment and report incidents according to company policy.
- Support business revenue streams, manage stock control efficiently, and perform administrative tasks with accuracy.
- Exhibit flexibility between work areas, responsible for cash handling, payroll management, and maintaining up-to-date certifications.
Requirements:
- Competency in Levels 1-4 responsibilities.
- Ability to work under limited supervision and perform duties individually or in a team environment.
- Exercise discretion within the scope of this level and draw on knowledge, training, and experience.
