Cinema Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled Cinema Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of the management group, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting with training levels 1 and 2 within a designated area.

The successful candidate will supervise 4 or more level 1 and 2 employees within a designated area, acting as a team leader to coordinate, organise and allocate work, materials, and equipment in an efficient and effective manner.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supervising and training level 1 and 2 employees to ensure a high standard of service delivery and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Allocating tasks efficiently to 4 or more level 1 and 2 employees, ensuring team efficiency and timely execution of tasks or processes.
  • Actively contributing to and participating in all cinema campaigns relevant to the designated area.
  • Maintaining strong operational and product knowledge within designated area.

Skill requirements:

  • Competent in basic Maths and English.
  • Competent in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Competent in cash handling.
  • Displays leadership and accountability.
