Job Overview:

 

Our team is focused on building scalable, reliable, and secure container management services for the cloud.

This includes supporting both Linux and Windows environments to ensure broad compatibility and performance across diverse workloads.

We are seeking skilled engineers who are enthusiastic about container technologies and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

Ideal candidates are passionate about developing tools that streamline the software development lifecycle, enabling teams to build, deploy, and scale applications efficiently in the cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advance the capabilities of Kubernetes and auxiliary components
  • Improve quality of service for cloud-based container management services
  • Accelerate development velocity for all engineers
  • Balance pragmatism with vision; deliver continuous improvements to our process and codebase
  • Build automation to prevent and/or remediate service problems from becoming production incidents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in commercial software development, or 1+ years experience in building, shipping and operating reliable, distributed solutions
  • 1+ years experience with containers and Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with proven experience coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • 1+ year experience with Golang and Linux, demonstrating proficiency in backend development and system-level programming
  • 1+ year experience using GitHub Copilot, contributing to efficient, AI-assisted coding workflows and automation
  • 1+ year experience engaging in site-reliability engineering (SRE), including monitoring, incident response, and ensuring system scalability
