About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in all areas of the hotel.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Lead and work alongside the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness and organisation across all rooms and public spaces.
">Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient room turnover and maximum guest satisfaction.
">Collaborate with other departments, including front office and maintenance, to address guest requests or issues promptly and professionally.
">Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary corrective actions.
">Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure consistency in performance and adherence to hotel standards.
">Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory management, and guest feedback.

Requirements:
">Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
">Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high standards of performance.
">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues at all levels.
">Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
">High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
