About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in all areas of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and work alongside the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness and organisation across all rooms and public spaces.

  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient room turnover and maximum guest satisfaction.

    ">

  • Collaborate with other departments, including front office and maintenance, to address guest requests or issues promptly and professionally.

    ">

  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary corrective actions.

  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure consistency in performance and adherence to hotel standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory management, and guest feedback.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.

    ">

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high standards of performance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues at all levels.

  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
