Job Title:

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a product vision and strategic roadmap, creating buy-in and inspiring teams to bring the vision and roadmap to life.
  • Craft and articulate a clear product strategy, from high-level concepts down to detailed plans, including the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across the program, such as product owners, designers, engineers, for input and alignment on the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Support delivery squads in prioritizing tasks or features, ensuring they align with member needs while considering business requirements.
  • Lead agile ceremonies and facilitate collaboration for ideation, discovery, requirements clarification activities, product showcases.
  • Coordinate the investigation, selection, and prioritization of high-value product initiatives across the Rewards ecosystem.
  • Utilize data, analytics, member feedback, member journey maps, complaints, issues, user research, and business intelligence tools to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product owners, designers, and engineers.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
  • Previous experience as a product manager with a focus on loyalty programs or customer-centric products.
  • Proven senior-level experience in product management within a marketplace or platform.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
  • Strong project management skills, including holding stakeholders accountable to high standards and managing risk.
  • Ability to work in an innovative, fast-paced environment with a start-up mindset and value focus.
  • Experience managing and coaching a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Prior experience working with Loyalty/Rewards teams is advantageous.
