As a key player in our organization, the Product Manager will be responsible for developing and driving the value propositions for corporate health insurance customers. Key areas of focus include designing and developing a robust customer-oriented Health Insurance product strategy, focusing on acquisition and retention of key customer segments. This includes leading all aspects of creation and delivery of the Health Insurance product offer, including product design, benefit levels, coverage, access, service, processes, and pricing.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of health insurance products and experience in corporate product management. A genuine passion for the customer and meeting and exceeding customer expectations is essential, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong relationships. Confident communication and presentation skills are also required, along with intermediate to advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and develop a robust customer-oriented Health Insurance product strategy
  • Lead all aspects of creation and delivery of the Health Insurance product offer
  • Develop new proposition offerings to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Provide strategic and tactical management of the Customer Value Delivery Program

Beyond these core responsibilities, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of new product offerings, drive business volumes, and protect / grow gross margins. Proactive and strategic thinking will be essential in this role, as will collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
