We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team, someone who can drive end-to-end recruitment processes and contribute to the implementation of our Talent Acquisition Strategy.

">Key Responsibilities

- Manage the entire recruitment process for allocated portfolios of divisions.
- Ensure all roles have up-to-date job descriptions and formal evaluations.
- Contribute to the review of recruitment policies, procedures, and processes.
- Support the implementation of the Talent Acquisition Strategy.
- Provide backup support during peak periods as needed.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in high-volume recruitment positions or recruitment agencies.
  • Experience recruiting IT and Transformation positions in financial services is highly desirable.
  • Ability to use proactive sourcing/search strategies.
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment systems such as Job Adder, ER21, and ONB21.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field is desirable.
