**Job Title:** Passenger Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Passenger Service Agent. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for passengers, from the terminal to the aircraft.

As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be responsible for assisting passengers during check-in, boarding and disembarkation. This includes handling the check-in process, verifying tickets, issuing boarding passes and checking luggage. You will also provide accurate flight information to passengers, including updates on delays, cancellations and gate changes.

In addition, you will resolve passenger complaints and issues efficiently and professionally. You will offer support and answer questions regarding flight schedules, fares, routes and policies. You will also assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, elderly passengers and those requiring wheelchair assistance.

  • Physically capable of handling passenger baggage and operating wheelchairs when required.
