Lead Aviation Governance Advisor

We are seeking a high-calibre aviation professional to drive governance, stakeholder accountability and performance across critical airside operations and systems.

The Role:

  • Manage access licensing for airside operations to ensure compliance standards are met
  • Oversee key aviation systems, including the airside driver and vehicle control management system, to ensure performance, data integrity and user experience
  • Monitor and improve aircraft turnaround processes through data-driven insights
  • Drive stakeholder collaboration across ground handlers, airlines and internal teams to deliver safe and efficient operations
  • Lead reporting and analysis of operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Manage SaaS vendor relationships to ensure systems meet current and future business needs

The Successful Candidate:

  • Will have proven experience in developing and leading licensing or access agreements in a high-risk, customer-focused operational environment
  • Will possess in-depth knowledge of Aviation Operations, ground handling and turnaround activities
  • Will hold ICAM Lead Investigator certification
  • Will have strong understanding of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations, ICAO Annexes and IATA IGOM
  • Will have experience in Aviation Safety Management Systems and incident investigations
  • Will possess strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills within complex operational settings
  • Will have analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive process improvements
  • Will be proficient in report writing, performance monitoring and continuous improvement programs
