THE ROLE We are looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service to join our depot in Petersham, Sydney .
You will be the face of our company, reporting to the Oceania Operations Area Manager, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining our fleet, and ensuring smooth depot operations.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Handling reservations, welcoming guests, and managing check-ins and check-outs; Maintaining the fleet, overseeing logistics, and ensuring campervans are in top condition; Managing bookings, stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services; Handling complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations; Preparing and cleaning campervans; Monitoring maintenance and repair needs; Assisting in reselling campervans and showing them to prospective buyers.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Travel enthusiasts with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car are desirable; Excellent communication skills and experience in direct customer contact; Eligible to work in Australia, with a valid driver's license and confidence in driving a campervan (mandatory); Available to work weekends; Responsible, reliable, well-organized, and problem-solving skills.
