Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Officer to join our team at ACT Health. As a key member of our Procurement and Supply Branch, you will be responsible for coordinating procurement services, undertaking procurement projects, and providing customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate procurement activities across the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and CHS procurement processes.
  • Provide support and advice to procurement customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address procurement-related issues and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
