Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Case Management team and provide active involvement in intake, assessment, and case management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure productive relationships within the team.
  • Create and implement professional development plans to improve capability and service delivery.
  • Ensure staff understand their roles and expectations.
  • Undertake assessments with clients to develop a shared understanding of their situation and related problems and strengths.
Requirements
  • Degree level qualification in social services, community development, or a related discipline.
  • Experience engaging homeless persons and supporting those with homelessness, alcohol and other drug dependence, and mental health issues.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing staff and budgets.
  • Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Current NT driver's license.
