Lead Educational Programmes

This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you will lead the development of educational programmes that meet the individual learning styles of children. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality leadership and support to ensure the provision of high-quality education and health development services to children within a cultural safety framework.

This position requires collaboration with educators to deliver stimulating learning activities and develop strong relationships with children, their families, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop educational programmes aligned with National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework based on the Abecedarian Approach Australia.
  • To work closely with team members to achieve programme goals and objectives.
  • To provide mentorship and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • To contribute to the growth and development of team members through effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • A qualification in Early Childhood Diploma or Teaching Qualification as recognized in the National Quality Standards.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply information about how children learn and develop.
  • Ability to contribute as an active team member and demonstrate leadership in a team environment.
  • Current NT Drivers Licence or the ability to obtain.
