Dedicated Home Care Provider

As a dedicated Senior Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
- Assist with medications and personal cares
- Assist with household tasks such as light cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping
- Support clients with transport to appointments and community activities
- Encourage independence and well-being in a home environment
- Participate in the review of client care plans, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
- Train and mentor Home Care Workers
Requirements:
- Reliable, adaptable and has well-developed communication skills
- Currently holds the below qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual Support or higher
- Assist Clients with Medication – HLTHPS006
- Recognise Healthy Body Systems – HLTAAP001
- Provide Individualised Support – CHCCCS031
- Currently holds, or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR qualification
- Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
- A current driver's license
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights
