Dedicated Home Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to provide support and encouragement of independence to our clients, helping them live in their chosen community.
This varied role involves:
- Providing personal care assistance, such as showering, dressing, and continence care;
- Helping with cleaning, shopping, meal preparation, and other light housework;
- Assisting with transportation and personal shopping;
- Supporting medication management;
- Developing consumer-driven care plans.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current driver's license and willingness to use your own insured vehicle;
- Physical capacity to carry out duties, including house and manual work;
- A current First Aid & CPR Certificate or willingness to complete;
- A National Police Check;
- A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent (qualified workers only).
