Compassionate Home Care Professional
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to provide high-quality home care services to our clients. As a Compassionate Home Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and companionship to individuals in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
- Assist with household tasks such as light cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping
- Support clients with transport to appointments and community activities
- Encourage clients to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life
- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or higher
- Current qualifications in medication management and first aid
- Hold a current Police Check and driver's license
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
