Account Service Manager

Our goal is to deliver exceptional client service strategies, manage client relationships and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement annual formal client feedback to drive business growth.
- Leverage best practices from across the industry, improving client satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the voice of the client internally and within teams when decisions are made regarding process, approach, and future strategy.
- Ensure settlements, client cash allocations, and credit management fall within agreed parameters.
- Establish an industry-segmented pipeline to identify new business opportunities.
- Explore cross-selling opportunities in various industries.
Qualifications:
- Proven extensive experience in insurance broking, managing corporate property and casualty accounts.
- Excellent technical skills in coverage and wording review.
- Understanding of, and technical proficiency in, claims management processes.
- Experience with the placement and servicing of complex and multinational clients.
- Intermediate proficiency in all MS Office products and Outlook.
- Proficient in the use of eGlobal.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, both on an individual and small group basis.
- Demonstrated success in managing team relationships and senior-level client relationships, with a focus on exceptional service.
- Qualifications in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Preferably degree-qualified in any discipline.
