Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement annual formal client feedback to drive business growth.

  • Intermediate proficiency in all MS Office products and Outlook.
  • Proficient in the use of eGlobal.

  • Demonstrated success in managing team relationships and senior-level client relationships, with a focus on exceptional service.
  • Qualifications in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Preferably degree-qualified in any discipline.
