Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a key member of our team, you will lead the implementation and expansion of workforce planning initiatives across NSW Health Pathology's Rural & Regional areas.
This is an exceptional opportunity to shape recruitment and talent strategies to enhance regional health services.
The successful candidate will have expertise in developing and managing projects designed to attract, recruit, and retain staff within NSW Health Pathology's Rural & Regional areas.
You will play a critical role in providing expert guidance on workforce and recruitment activities, working closely with organizational leaders to achieve business-focused outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation and ongoing expansion of workforce planning initiatives
- Develop and manage projects to attract, recruit, and retain staff
- Provide expert guidance on workforce and recruitment activities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Recent practical work experience in a client-focused workforce/recruitment environment
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret information, solve problems creatively, and achieve business-focused outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
