Are you a driven sales professional with a background in capital equipment or process controls?
A global leader in industrial technology is looking to add a Regional Sales Manager to their team to lead sales efforts across the Northeast U.S. region.
This is a high-impact role that blends strategic account development with direct territory ownership and channel partner oversight.What You'll DoOwn and grow business within a defined territory of key industrial accountsManage and support a network of Manufacturer RepresentativesCreate and execute strategic sales plans to drive new business and upsell within existing accountsSupport technical stakeholders and guide them through the full sales cycleCoordinate regularly with internal teams on forecasts, product feedback, and customer needsMeet or exceed assigned sales and margin targetsContribute insights to new product development based on market trendsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of industrial B2B sales experience, ideally with capital equipment or engineered systemsStrong technical aptitude — a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferredExperience selling into manufacturing environments (material handling, process automation, bulk solids handling, weighing systems, etc.)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsCRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)Comfortable with 50% travel across the territoryBonus ExperienceFamiliarity with Lean principles or continuous improvement methodologiesExperience working with ERP systemsWhy Join?
