About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration according to personalized care plans.
  • Care Plan Development: Develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Emotional Support: Offer emotional support to residents and their families while building trusting relationships.
  • Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor care team members to promote best practices in aged care and safety.

Requirements:

  • Current Registration: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Nursing qualification.
  • NDIS Clearance: NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID.
  • Clinical Skills: Strong clinical skills in managing complex care needs.
