Job Title: Strategic Business Intelligence Specialist

This role is a key part of the company's operations, involved in all aspects on a daily basis:

  • Leverages data and analytics to drive business decisions, implementing day-to-day data analytics from design to analysis and insights.
  • Monitors business performance and generates actionable intelligence to support the team in improving their performance.
  • Drives excellence through problem-solving and advisory, remaining hands-on at all times.
  • Delivers strategic analysis, including in-depth ROI analysis, driver income analysis, pricing and city segmentation analysis, and user cohort analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of business experience, preferably in Business Analytics/Data Science roles in technology firms, consulting firms, or startups.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, written, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders indirectly.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) is mandatory; the position requires daily interaction with international stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and SQL is essential; Python is preferred, but willingness to learn is necessary.
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Mathematical Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in a fast-paced business environment is beneficial.
