Join a dynamic team as a Business Intelligence Specialist. You will provide actionable insights and enhance data-driven decision making through delivery of business intelligence (BI) and business analytics (BA) solutions.The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs, streamline processes and contribute to impactful analytics projects; while also assisting in the development and maintenance of key reports and dashboards.Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading initiatives that combine both BI and BA to address complex challenges and opportunities
  • Designing, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI, SSMS and Report Builder
  • Identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven solutions to optimise organisational workflows while monitoring key performance indicators to track progress and highlight opportunities for enhancement
  • Facilitating workshops and presentations to align stakeholders on insights and strategies
  • Collaborating with clinical and operational teams to define organisational data needs and priorities and leverage data for strategic improvement
