Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Intelligence roadmap in collaboration with executive leadership to identify opportunities where data can drive significant business outcomes.
- Define a strategic vision to transform raw numbers into meaningful insights that directly influence the company's growth trajectory.
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled data engineers, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and collaboration.
- Manage the Business Intelligence infrastructure, including Power BI dashboards, ETL processes, and enterprise data warehouses, ensuring seamless data integration from multiple sources.
- Establish and maintain best practices in data management and governance, safeguarding the accuracy, security, and compliance of financial data assets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the financial services sector, preferably in auto lending, personal lending, or asset finance.
- Expertise in Power BI, MSSQL, Azure, and enterprise data warehousing, along with a degree in computer science, business information systems, or a related field.
