The Role

As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a key role in translating customer data into strategic marketing insights that drive performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract and analyse data from customer data platforms to uncover trends, segment opportunities, and inform campaign personalisation using SQL as your core skill.
  • Understand how customers use and experience products and services and how this translates into data via business systems.
  • Interrogate available data to develop customer insights and meaningful reporting that is strategically aligned and relevant to the business.
  • Partner with clients to identify and pursue opportunities to increase value from the customer base based on available data and insights.
Mandatory Skills and Experience Required
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Intelligence Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong technical skills in coding in SQL and working with Relational Databases to manipulate data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starting, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
