We are seeking expressions of interest from Property Managers who are looking to pick up temporary assignments in Sydney.

The Role Description
  • Manage residential portfolios with varying sizes and complexity requirements.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants on maintenance, arrears, and enquiries regarding properties.
  • Coordinate trades for repairs and compliance requirements as per industry standards.
  • Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, and NCAT matters as necessary.
  • Utilize property management software such as PropertyMe, REST, and Console.
About You - Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in residential property management.
  • Strong knowledge of NSW legislation and regulations.
  • Proficiency in common property management software.
  • Current Certificate of Registration (or Cert IV in Real Estate).
  • Reliable transportation and driver's licence.
