The Position involves managing retail properties across Australia and New Zealand. The Role requires an experienced professional to oversee lease renewals, lease documentation, retailer relationships, debtor situations, arrears management, percentage rent, audited sales figures, compliance evaluation, new lease identification, assignments, renewals, surrenders, and monthly financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage lease renewal negotiations and administration
  • Oversee lease documentation processes
  • Nurture relationships with retailers and monitor debtor situations
  • Handle arrears, percentage rent, and audited sales figures
  • Evaluate retailer compliance with leases
  • Support in new lease identification, assignments, renewals, and surrenders
  • Prepare monthly financial reports

A strong understanding of the Retail Tenancy Act regulations and numeracy/financial skills are essential. Tertiary education in finance or property is desirable.
