• Office parking available + 10-minute walk from North Ryde Metro About the Role Reporting to the Asset Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing the daily operations of multiple centres, including tenant communication, arrears management, lease compliance, budgeting, and reporting Supporting lease administration, including updating tenancy schedules, tracking sales reports, and insurance certificates Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and internal stakeholders Working closely with the Operations Team to coordinate maintenance works, manage contractors, and ensure compliance and essential services are delivered effectively Conducting regular site inspections to ensure each centre is safe, clean, and well-presented About You You'll be someone who enjoys variety in your work, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and values strong relationships.
You'll ideally bring: 2–3 years' experience in a property management role A solid understanding of building operations, compliance and services Confidence with budgets, outgoings and reporting Strong communication skills — approachable, clear and solution-focused A practical, organised mindset — comfortable managing both reactive issues and long-term planning The Opportunity This is a chance to work directly for the asset owner in a collaborative, no-nonsense environment.
