Executive Kitchen Director

The role of Executive Kitchen Director is to provide exceptional culinary leadership and vision in a residential aged care setting. You will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality menus that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for food service operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
