Customer Success Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Success Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their goals through effective use of our solutions.

  • Coordinate with the sales team on new clients to ensure a smooth transition to onboarding including leading implementations.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate customers on existing and new features and best practices while understanding their specific needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Geology or other relevant field.
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
  • Understanding of how to identify and resolve technical issues.
