Customer Experience Ambassador

Our dynamic team of home builders, developers, designers, and stylists is seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Ambassador to deliver outstanding service to our clients. As part of our Reception and Concierge team, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed with a customer-focussed, respectful and professional approach.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors to the showroom and office with a smile
  • Efficiently managing incoming calls and directing them to the relevant contact
  • Providing unparalleled customer service and hospitality at all times
  • Facilitating seamless connections between clients and our team members
  • Maintaining the showroom to an exceptional standard, reflecting our brand's high standards
  • Building strong working relationships with colleagues across all business units
  • Assisting with general administration and office duties as needed

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Previous experience delivering top-notch customer service (retail, hotel, airline or hospitality experience highly regarded)
  • Background in corporate receptionist roles (advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience interacting with diverse stakeholders, including executives
  • Excellent communication skills, including a superior telephone manner
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer applications and data entry
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • Knowledge of Visitor Management Systems a plus
