Job Title: Customer Experience Ambassador

The primary role of the Customer Experience Ambassador is to deliver exceptional customer service and support, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels from clients and provide timely resolutions to their inquiries.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, handling client concerns with empathy and providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Meet performance metrics related to productivity, average handle time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance skills and knowledge through training sessions and team meetings.
  • Process invoices and resolve cases in a timely manner, striving for first-touch resolution.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Hold a Working with Children Check WA or be able to obtain one.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role where high levels of service were provided.
  • Proven administrative experience requiring attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and be flexible in meeting changing demands.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel & Outlook.
