Key Responsibilities- Apply clinical reasoning to support people who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work
- Work within a multidisciplinary team with a holistic care approach to support the journey from rehabilitation to healing
- Perform a variety of assessments depending on your clinical expertise (e.g., functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments, ergonomic assessments, activities of daily living assessments)
- Collaborate with stakeholders including injured employees and employers, medical specialists and other allied health professionals
- Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans for clients with injuries from motor vehicle accidents or workplace injuries
