About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at cPersonnel. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing small and medium-sized businesses, providing them with comprehensive whole-of-business solutions, ongoing servicing, and dedicated account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and negotiation skills
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales or account management, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the sales process and customer needs
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
