Responsibilities
  • Be the go‑to expert for technical support across the Australian and New Zealand markets — supporting retailers, service agents, contractors, and end users.
  • Coordinate warranty and inhouse repairs, manage spare parts, and provide hands‑on technical training and high standard quality control.
  • Lead a network of contract technicians and service agents; liaise with the Italian HQ; support product development with local market insights.
  • Combine HVAC technical skills with leadership experience in Service Management.

Based in Dandenong South, you'll be the go‑to expert for technical support across the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Qualifications
  • Solid HVAC experience.
  • Ideally supported by a restricted electrical license of AU/NZ compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and partners; leadership experience in service management.
