The RoleWe're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Support to join our part-time team due to exciting growth. As a key member of our operations team, you'll support our Head Brokers and ensure our clients have a seamless and positive experience throughout the loan process.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Act as a liaison between Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, Conveyancers, and Clients.
- Guide clients through the loan application journey with professionalism and care.
- Manage the application process from broker handover to loan approval.
- Perform accurate data entry into our industry-leading CRM systems.
- Gather and process essential documents to meet lender requirements.
- Assist brokers with discharges, pricing, policy inquiries, and loan servicing.

- Previous experience in customer service or Banking/Broker Support roles.
- A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to navigate software and applications with ease.
