Job Description:

As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the face of ClearCompany, responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests. Your primary duties include:

  • Quality Service: Respond promptly, efficiently, and courteously to guests' requests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
  • Security Procedures: Maintain strict security protocols with credit and cash transactions, accounting procedures, issue of room keys, and guest confidentiality/privacy.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between Hotel guests and all Hotel departments both verbally and in writing as required.
  • Sales and Promotions: Utilize every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
