About the RoleThis position plays a crucial role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality and completion. We are seeking an experienced Quality and Completions Coordinator to join our team on a significant infrastructure program.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing safe and effective plans, risk assessments, commissioning documents, schedules, and reports to minimize plant disruption.
- Support the preparation and delivery of handover and completion documentation in line with project requirements.
- Provide support to project teams, vendors, subcontractors, and designers to enable safe, efficient, and compliant precommissioning and commissioning activities.
- Assist in developing and managing witness points, training punchlists, and tracking the closeout of issues and defects.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of activities, recording completed work, costs, materials used, and maintaining progress documentation.
- Assist with supplier and subcontractor reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to standards and agreements.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and planning authorities to ensure satisfactory project completion and documentation requirements are met.
- Plan future project requirements with teams, including plant labor and preparatory works prior to commissioning.
- Demonstrated quality/completions/commissioning experience.
- 3-5+ years' postgraduate experience, ideally gained in a principal contractor setting.
- Demonstrated personal commitment to health, safety, and environment.
- Leadership skills in risk management, compliance, and auditing.
- Tertiary engineering background advantageous.
- Industry experience advantageous.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and best practices.
