Job Summary:
  We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our closure and asset transition efforts, providing strategic direction and expertise to drive business growth and success.

About the Role:
  As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing closure and asset transition strategies, managing complex projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  
  • •(1) Provide leadership and guidance on closure and asset transition initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.  
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery of closure and asset transition projects.  
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.  
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice and guidance.


Requirements:
  To be successful in this role, you will need:
  
  • •(1) A degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, project management) or equivalent experience.  
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in closure and asset transition, project management, or a related field.  
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.  
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.  
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools (e.g., project management software, MS Office).  
  • Knowledge of local regulations and laws governing closure and asset transition activities.
