Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic asset management plans to optimize asset performance and minimize risks
  • Provide technical consulting services to clients across various industries, including energy, industrial, power, mining, and life sciences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions
  • Lead client engagements, develop project work packages, and manage campaigns to deliver exceptional results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from a recognized university
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in asset-intensive industries, with a proven track record of technical delivery, client management, and business development
  • Strong knowledge of strategic asset management, ISO 55000, and other relevant standards, with certification as Senior Practitioner in Asset Management or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in operations and maintenance processes, activities, and practices on operating assets in various sectors
  • Practical experience in modeling, RCM, FRACAS, LCC, FMECA, LoRA, and other asset-related techniques
  • Well-developed computer skills and knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, and typical reliability engineering and asset performance criteria
  • Strong understanding of regional and global markets and relevant industries, including Oil & Gas, Power, Mining, Infrastructure
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships based on technical credibility and project delivery record
  • Demonstrated experience in undertaking business development activities to acquire new work
  • Ability to structure and organize workflow, including appropriate delegation to internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, analytical, and solutions-driven approaches
