This role is a full-time permanent staff position reporting to the Global Practice Lead for Risk Advisory & Strategic Asset Management and Local Regional Manager.

In this role you will work on a variety of engagements, business development, client management, project work packages and campaigns that draw on your interpersonal and collaboration skills to deliver the described scope.

As a member of our team, you will need to have and demonstrate:

  • An engineering degree from a recognised university or college in a relevant discipline
  • +20 years of experience in engineering and consulting in asset intensive industries
  • A proven track record of technical delivery, client management and business development
  • Extensive knowledge in Strategic Asset Management, ISO 55000 and other relevant standards, and certification as Senior Practitioner in Asset Management or equivalent
  • Proven extensive experience in operations and maintenance processes, activities and practices on operating assets in Mining, Energy, Heavy Industry and related sectors
  • Practical experience in Modelling, RCM, FRACAS, LCC, FMECA, LoRA and other asset related techniques
  • Well-developed computer skills and knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and typical reliability engineering and assets performance criteria
  • Strong knowledge of the regional and global market and relevant industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Mining, Infrastructure
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships based on technical credibility and project delivery record
  • Demonstrated experience in undertaking business development activities to acquire new work
  • Ability to structure and organise workflow, including appropriate delegation to internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, analytical, solutions driven
  • Ability to influence and inspire confidence around technical solutions and demonstrate innovative solutions and thought processes
  • Ability to advise on Technology Based solutions including application of AI and LLM in Asset Management
