Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of study projects with project scopes ranging from earthworks to mine closure.
  • Provide design coordination, stakeholder management, and assist in the management of geotechnical site investigations.
  • Monitor progress and performance against the project plan and when required, take action to resolve problems and minimise risks and delays.
  • Monitor and control cost performance against the plan, and develop and implement project controls and specifications, schedules and cost estimates.
  • Ensure work undertaken complies with the scope and meets quality and operational requirements.
  • Interface with the client and cultivate positive relations to achieve effective communication and collaboration across teams.

About You

\
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in project engineering and project management, with a focus on civil and mining earthworks projects.
  • Demonstrated experience working on engineering projects within the mining industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within budget, timeframe, and customer requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interface with clients and stakeholders.
