About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Land Tenure Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of databases for new and existing land tenure, agreements, and financial obligations.
- You will lead the resolution of outstanding tenure issues, ensuring our rights and interests are fully protected.
- Manage lease-related activities, including renewals, rent reviews, and terminations.
- Oversee the preparation of new leases, co-use deeds, access agreements, and any legal documentation necessary for our operations.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate property data and valuations to support correct rates and state land tax assessments. Additionally, you will facilitate clear and timely communication with external stakeholders to ensure alignment on property management and land tenure matters.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
