A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Lawyer or Associate to join us in Brisbane City.


Our clients buy, sell and run some of Queensland's largest agricultural properties and over many years we have become their trusted advisers. We surround ourselves with the best people and reward them with quality work and a stable platform on which to build profile as industry leaders.

We are looking for someone who will specialise in acting for our significant established client base of farmers and graziers from family enterprises, corporate entities and institutional investors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Specialise in acting for our significant established client base of farmers and graziers
• Have interesting and varied work with a rural property and commercial focus and direct client contact
• Be part of a highly experienced specialist team of lawyers and paralegals
• Work closely with our partners and receive excellent mentoring
• Have a clear path for career progression and professional development

• Broad exposure of work including property succession planning land access and commercial agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
As a minimum you will need to have completed your degree qualifications in law and have post admission experience in property or commercial law.
Experience with large scale property acquisitions is essential. Exposure to rural property and business structures would be advantageous. A passion to act for farmers graziers and agricultural businesses is required. Dedication to providing excellence in client service is crucial. Excellent communication skills organisational skills and research and analysis skills are also required.
