Agricultural Property Lawyer Position

Overview:
As a senior associate in our agricultural property and commercial team, you will be working closely with experienced lawyers and clients to handle rural property and commercial matters.
Responsibilities:
- Specialise in acting for farmers and graziers from family enterprises to corporate entities and institutional investors.
- Handle interesting and varied work with a rural property and commercial focus and provide direct client contact.
- Be part of a highly experienced specialist team of lawyers and paralegals.
- Work closely with partners and receive mentoring.
- Contribute to and benefit from a clear path for career progression and professional development.
- Support a positive work-life balance in a collaborative environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Completed a law degree with five years' post-admission experience in property or commercial law, preferably with exposure to rural property and business structures.
- A passion for acting for farmers, graziers, and agricultural businesses.
- Dedication to providing excellent client service.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Strong research and analytical abilities with critical thinking.
