Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will contribute to the company's strategic direction, driving business expansion across NSW & QLD. They will:
- Establish strong alliances with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on pricing strategies and business objectives.
- Develop financial models for business growth opportunities, including new contract agreements and growth areas within existing contracts.
- Review existing operations and supplier agreements to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Negotiate contracts within the company's commercial risk parameters and business rules.
- Contribute to the company's strategic direction across NSW & QLD.
We seek an experienced Business Development Manager who embodies strong analytical skills, effective collaboration, and negotiation expertise. The successful candidate will have:
- A track record in establishing strategic partnerships while navigating commercial risks.
- Data-driven approach and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or related discipline.
