Lead Hotel Operations Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Front Office team.
- Assist and supervise team members with leadership ability that motivates the entire team.
- Take initiative to ensure all interactions with guests are positive and productive.
- Actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by guests/customers to reach a win-win situation.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the hotel industry, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Opera, and excellent leadership qualities.
Key ResponsibilitiesOur Assistant Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's operation in absence of senior management.
- Maintaining high levels of communication with other departments.
- Extending themselves to assist colleagues where needed.
To succeed as an Assistant Manager, you will need:
- Relevant experience in the hotel industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Opera.
- Excellent leadership qualities.
